Our interpreters will never display bias when working, they are instructed to observe impartiality no matter the situation, never to accept bribes from either party, nor become emotionally involved. All aspects of interpretation remain confidential, never to be divulged to a third party. Our interpreters are punctual and behave in a polite and professional manner.
Clear Communications has been established as a language agency for over 8 years. Although we supply interpreters to a variety of different clients we specialise in providing face-to-face interpreters to various of the Greater London NHS authorities and Councils. It is our aim to help improve communication between health and social service professionals and their customers, who have little or no command of the English Language.
