About the Business

The handbooks for staff are excellent. I have seen similar approaches work in larger businesses before, but this is the best I've seen in a business of this age/scale. The documents themselves represent a good deal of hard work, but what really impressed me is that all staff I spoke to were aware of the handbooks, and actively used the processes and systems.

Clearly a workforce who are well informed and confident about the continuing success of the business, and in the continuing satisfaction they expect to get from working within the business.
