I specialize in technical translations, but will consider texts in any field. Although I normally only translate from Japanese into English, small jobs like business cards are no problem.
I've been working as a freelance Japanese-English translator since 1996. Previously I obtained a degree in engineering from Cambridge University (1986-89), and I passed the Level 1 Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験) in 1994 after spending a few years living and working in Japan.
