We're a Corporate Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), and we comply with the Translation Products Standard BS EN 15038.

Managing Director James Valentine is a well-known figure in the industry and contributes articles about translation to specialist journals. He is a former member of the ITI's Council. Translation Manager Dr. Gerta Badde is a University College London postgraduate and a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. Her personal translation interests include childrens' literature, art history and music criticism.
