Maria Elena worked for several years as an environmental consultant, for both public sector agencies and private companies, specialising in the field of environmental science and engineering and environmental standards compliance. She is also a qualified Children’s English teacher.
Some of her passions are exploring the coasts and countryside of Cornwall and Devon on foot, reading and baking.
